Sharks come Second in Division Two After 3-0 Win

At the start of the first set Sharks went into a 14-8 lead with some effective serving and hitting coming from all the team. Dolphins had no answer to the strength of the Sharks, the set going 25-15 to the Sharks.

The second set saw Nigel serving the first eight points and Sharks going to a 10-2 lead after only the second rotation. Dolphins could not cope with the fire power of Jimmy and Mickey and ended up losing the set 25-8.

Unfortunately in the third set the Sharks were thinking about the beer that Richard was going to buy and started switching off. Dolphins matched the Sharks point for point and the scores were level at 9-9. Dolphins started to edge ahead, at 18-16 Sharks realised that they might be heading for a fourth set and less time in the pub and stopped making the mistakes which were costing them the set. They eventually won the set 25-20.
