Training Nights 1st October 2011

The Club trains at Worthing High School, South Farm Road, Worthing, BN14 7AR on Tuesday nights from 6.00pm. The ladies session runs from 6.00pm - 7.30pm with a mixed session until 8.00pm. Men's training runs from 7.30pm - 9.30pm.

Numbers vary, but are now quite high, so please contact the Club Secretary if you are interested in joining the club.

Matches 1st October 2011

Home matches for all 5 teams are played at Worthing High School on Sunday evenings at 6.00pm and 8.00pm. Away matches are on Sunday, Monday and Wednesdays and the league lasts from September to April.
